Signs of Distressed Properties:
- Tarp on roof
- Notices taped to door
- Boarded up or broken windows

The Key to making this Work:
- Consistency. It doesn’t matter how much time you have available. The key is to form a routine and be as consistent as possible. It’s similar to working out. The person who only has 10 minutes per day, but goes for a 10 minute jog each day, 7 days a week for 6 months, will see far more results than the person who works out for 5 hours at a time, but only does it 4 or 5 times randomly
- Use a DOLPH map to view your target market by zip codes and subdivisions. Track where you’ve already driven and create routes prior to driving,
